Hotel lock need system to management

1. Computer to install the software, you can get software where is the lock ordered. That is for free.
2. The computer connects to card encoder. We need to through the card encoder program the guest card.
3. RFID key card, put it on the card encoder to program.
4. RFID hotel locks, swipe the key card, then open the door.

How to use hotel door lock system 

The functions of the system

• Reception: check-in, room change, check-out with card, display card information, group check-in, etc.
• Building Management: manage hotel room and other building room
• Door Lock Configuration: system card, room No. setting card, clock setting card, group No. setting card.
• Card Key for Staffs: floor card, building card, master card, emergency card, group card.
• Report: report of card, include card record, client record, and door-opening record.

The software system is not the same for the different supplier, please kindly check with your supplier.
